   Have you ever left the doctor's office and thought to yourself, I just received the same advice as last month: "Eat well, exercise, and, make sure you get LOTS of rest!"? And yet when you really pondered on the advice, you found it was unhelpful because it wasn't specific or explained to you how to achieve it. Well, gone are the days of vague, ambiguous, and sometimes demotivating advice.

   I believe that every patient and individual should be an advocate for their own health. To make it easier, I have compiled and summarized pertinent health topics from the most reliable, unbiased sources, including medical and non-medical professionals, and journals.
